Hi,
Today, I finally got my parcel after three weeks.
During last week, I've called the post office several times and they just didn't know where the parcel was.
Finally, they found my parcel and they told me that the sender didn't provide my full address such as suburb, state and post code. So, it was sent to the wrong state.
I have to say I'm a little bit disappointed and not happy with it. Your delivery team should take more care of filling out the shipping information so I wouldn't have to waste so much time chasing my parcel.
However, the clothes are as wonderful as described and your customer service is helpful as well.

I've noticed that all my items have been "queued for shipment" for over a week, just wondering if they're ready to send? I also noted one of my order items (Riaz T/ Ivory) was no longer available, if this is the reason which delays my order then please let me know as soon as possible.
