I've noticed that all my items have been "queued for shipment" for over a week, just wondering if they're ready to send? I also noted one of my order items (Riaz T/ Ivory) was no longer available, if this is the reason which delays my order then please let me know as soon as possible. I'd like to order another item to replace the one out of stock. Thank you.
