Any updates? Have you managed to cancel my order or get confirmation from your logistic department after 4 working days?
- It has been 14 days (10 working days had passed) since i made the order and yet i have not received my product
- it has 4 working days i had requested my order cancellation and yet all i have been told is that 'you cannot guarantee if my product had been shipped'
If you fail to liaise with your shipping department it is your problem not mine.
It is a torture for the consumers to have to wait for your motions.
I cancelled my order before you ship my product the money should be refunded to me right away.
Please keep me posted. The patience is burning off...
