I herewith attach our last correspondence made on the 19th Nov. So far I have found no trace of any shipping notification from you nor have I received any tracking number for the parcel during this interim. Furthermore following your reply as belowmentioned i was advised that the delivery process usually takes 10 working days. Considering my order made on the 13th of November my refund request was made far before this range. It is clear that the parcel had not been dispatched.
Whether you should coordinate with your shipping department a bit better shall not be my problem though. Can you please withdraw my order and proceed the refund as soon as possible? thank you.
