Okey here it is.

My order was placed on 27 th of august n my request to change the size of pants was the same day 27 th

Even i got a notice email on the same day of 27 th that u guys were aware of my request

However how it could b happened u guys just shipped my items on 29 without considering my request.  just saying " sorry" to customers?

It is easy to say sorry if u guys are not in my shoes

How careless n neglient customer service is

Very disapponting of my first purchage here.

Hope u guys improve your service
